随着经济的发展,人们开始逐渐关注生态环境问题,企业在发展的过程中也在不断寻求排放少、污染少的发展模式,力求为资源节约型、环境友好型社会的建设作出贡献。煤炭企业是我国市场经济中的重要组成部分,其能源消耗量大、污染高等特点极为突出,在低碳经济的背景下,煤炭经济亟需进行改革创新,为此煤炭经济生态圈模式得以提出并逐步展开实践。文中将对该生态圈模式在发展中所需的基本元素进行分析,并提出发展中应当注意的关键点。
