In recent years, with the increase of grassroots new officers, especially the increase of the proportion of non-growth troops in the armed forces such as “national defense students” and “student officers”, it is imminent to raise the education and management level of grassroots military officers. First, earnestly mobilize grassroots officers and men in education and management initiatives. Efforts to inspire grassroots officers and mothers to eliminate internal interference is the focus of the work. One is to insist on regular education without slackening efforts to improve military officers’ ideological consciousness. We must persist in taking the positive education as the leading factor and promptly clear down all sorts of mistakes made by grassroots military officers. On the one hand, we should reflect the ideology of different periods and solve the ideological problems that tend to exist in the ranks of military officers. On the other hand, we should pay special attention to the key teaching of individual subjects
