通过对华东院参与的设计项目管理案例进行讨论,总结了设计项目管理的基本特征和所应关注的要素。针对不同类型的设计项目管理模式,借鉴案例讨论了其组织形式和任务划分方式,并对组织实施管理手段过程中遇到的困难和挑战展开了讨论。对未来设计企业提高竞争力和设计项目管理的推广应用提出了几点思考。
By discussing the design project management case involving East China Hospital, the basic characteristics of design project management and the factors that should be paid attention to are summarized. Aiming at different types of design project management mode, this paper discusses the forms of organization and the division of tasks according to cases, and discusses the difficulties and challenges encountered in organizing the implementation of management tools. Put forward some ponders to the future design enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and promote the application of design project management.
