中国水仙(Narcssus tazetta L var chin—enslsRoem)的总生物碱对动物肿瘤具有明显的抑制作用,前曾报道从中分到石蒜碱、多花水仙碱、雨石蒜碱、高石蒜碱、石蒜宁和假石蒜碱。我们在对抗癌成分进行追踪分离中得到盐酸漳州水仙碱,在7mg/kg 和35mg/kg剂量,分别对大鼠金生瘤和小鼠肉瘤-180的抑制率为49~75%和41~64%。为供药理及临床观察用药,几年来我们进行了多批中间试制,找到由总生物碱直接制备盐酸漳州水仙碱的简便工艺方法。流程见附表,产率约0.03%。从生物碱母液中得到加兰他敏和网球花定(haemanthidine)。在乙醇提取物中得到β-谷甾醇。
The total alkaloids of Narcissus tazetta L var chin-ensls Roem have a significant inhibitory effect on animal tumors.
