依据施业区内大绥芬河流域现实状况,合理设置缓冲区,提出改善和恢复缓冲区的方法及保障措施,切实提高大绥芬河水系整体优良水环境。
Based on the actual situation of the Da Sui Sui Fen River in the area under construction, a reasonable buffer zone was set up, and ways and measures for improving and recovering the buffer zone were put forward so as to effectively improve the overall excellent water environment of the Dasui River system.
