乡村政治的发展因为取消农业税和新一轮的农村综合改革,到了选择的十字路口,对乡村政治的研究也需要反思自己以前的进展,重新寻找自己的坐标。通过对村民委员会选举实践为主要内容的村民自治的发展和村民自治研究的回顾,笔者认为受民主话语和选举话语影响的乡村政治已经进入“后选举时代”,实践需要解决的问题重心发生了变化,研究也相应需要提出自己的独立命题。就乡村政治研究未来开拓的路向,笔者提出了三个任务。
Due to the abolition of agricultural tax and the new round of comprehensive rural reform, the development of rural politics has reached the crossroad of choice. Therefore, the study of rural politics needs to reflect on its own past progress and find its own coordinates again. Through reviewing the development of villager autonomy and the research of villager autonomy with the main content of villager committee election practice, I think that the village politics influenced by democratic discourse and election discourse has entered the “post-election era”, and the problems of practice need to be solved have changed , The study also needs to put forward their own independent proposition accordingly. On the direction of the future development of rural political research, the author puts forward three tasks.
