一、问题的提出 负载敏感泵是欧美国家七十年代发展起来的一种新型泵源。作者通过对国外样机的试验研究和理论分析,提出了以改善该泵动态品质为目的的新结构原理。在根据该原理试制样机之前,有关方面希望能够预测在试验国外样机的台架上,做改进泵的相同试验时所能得到的特性,并希望初步优化重要结构参数,以减少试制工作的盲目性。这就提出了对改进的负载敏感泵进行试验特性计算机仿真预测的问题。
First, the issue put forward Load-sensitive pump is developed in Europe and the United States in the seventies a new type of pump. Through experimental research and theoretical analysis of foreign prototypes, the author put forward a new structure principle aimed at improving the dynamic quality of the pump. Before prototyping prototypes based on this principle, the parties concerned hoped to be able to predict the characteristics that would be obtained in the same test of a modified pump on the bench of a test prototype abroad, and hoped that the preliminary structural parameters would be optimized to reduce the blindness of trial production . This raises the issue of predicting the experimental characteristics of a modified load-sensing pump by computer simulation.
