目的 探讨重离子诱发人支气管上皮细胞系的突变效应。方法 用HI13 串列加速器产生的Li、C、F三种离子束以0-5~6-0 Gy 设计剂量照射人支气管上皮细胞系突变,观察其突变效应。结果 细胞hprt 突变率( MF,无量纲) 与重离子剂量(D,Gy) 的线性回归方程分别为MF=1-63×10- 5D(Li) 、MF= 8-64×10- 5D(C) 、MF= 1-33 ×10- 5D(F) ;与60Coγ射线比较,其相对生物效应依次为1-27、6-78 、1-04。此突变率与粒子注量亦呈线性正相关,三种重离子的突变截面(σm ,10- 4μm2)依次为2-61、41-5 、21-3。致突性(σm/σi,10-5) 依次为2-08、10-2、2-78。结论 细胞突变率随重离子剂量增大而上升,似有LET 依赖性。
Objective To investigate the mutation effect of heavy ion-induced human bronchial epithelial cell line. Methods Three kinds of Li, C and F ion beams generated by HI13 tandem accelerator were used to irradiate the human bronchial epithelial cell line mutation at a designed dose of 0-5 ~ 6-0 Gy to observe the mutation effect. Results The linear regression equations of cell hprt mutation rate (MF, dimensionless) and heavy ion dose (D, Gy) were MF = 1-63 × 10-5D (Li) and MF = 8-64 × 10-5D ), MF = 1-33 × 10-5D (F). Compared with 60Coγ-rays, the relative biological effects were 1-27, 6-78 and 1-04. The mutation rate was also positively correlated with the particle fluence. The mutation cross sections (σm, 10-4μm2) of the three heavy ions were 2-61, 41-5 and 21-3, respectively. Mutagenesis (σm / σi, 10-5) followed by 2-08,10-2,2-78. Conclusions The rate of cell mutation increases with the increase of heavy ion dose, which seems to be LET dependent.
