绿色消费,是近年社会上 的一个时尚话题,也是现代文 明大力倡导的一种新型生活方 式和达到食品安全的关键所 在。所谓“绿色消费”,最为重要 的实质性内容是“绿色食品”。从有关资料得知,绿色食品的定义是:遵循可持续发展的原则,经专门机构认定、许可使用“绿色食品”标志的无污染、安全、优质的营养食品。它是在特定的技术标准下生长、生产、加工出来的。由此不难看出其标 准涵盖了从产地到环境质量、 生产过程直至产品包装,是一 个“从土壤到餐桌”的严格全程 质量和控制体系。
