目的 :观察清宫汤协助药物流产 (药流 )的作用 ,并探讨其机制。方法 :将 36 0例药流者随机分成单纯药流组 (不用其他任何中西药 )、催产素组 (待孕囊排出后用催产素 )、清宫汤组 (在药流当天服清宫汤 ) ,临床观察 3组出血情况 ,并进行动物实验。结果 :流产效果 :清宫汤组不全流产率明显低于单纯药流组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;阴道出血疗效 :清宫汤组显效率及总有效率明显高于另两组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;阴道出血量 :清宫汤组出血量少者明显多于单纯药流组 (P <0 .0 5 )。动物实验证实 ,清宫汤能增强动情小鼠体外子宫平滑肌的收缩功能 ,增加收缩频率和活动力 ,并能减轻小鼠耳郭肿胀及抑制冰醋酸所致的腹腔血管通透性增高 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 :清宫汤可配合药流提高流产效果 ,减少不全流产 ,缩短出血时间 ,减少出血量 ,安全有效
Objective: To observe the role of Qing Gong Tang in assisting medical abortion (abortion) and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Three hundred and sixty-three drug users were randomly divided into simple drug flow group (without any other Chinese and Western medicine), oxytocin group (oxytocin to be discharged after gestational sac), Qinggong soup group (serving Qinggong Decoction on the current day), clinical observation 3 Group bleeding, and animal experiments. The curative effect of vaginal bleeding: The effective rate and total effective rate in Qinggong Decoction group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups (P <0. 0 5); vaginal bleeding: qinggong decoction less bleeding was significantly more than simple drug flow group (P <0. 05). Animal experiments confirmed that Qing Gong Tang can enhance the contraction of uterine smooth muscle in estrus mice in vitro function, increase the frequency and activity of contraction, and can reduce mouse ear swelling and inhibit glaucoma caused by increased peritoneal vascular permeability, and the control group The difference was significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Qing Gong Decoction can be used in combination with medical abortion to improve abortion effect, reduce incomplete abortion, shorten the bleeding time, reduce bleeding, safe and effective
