一、现实课堂中存在的问题作为新课程倡导的三大学习方式之一的合作学习,在形式上成为有别于传统教学的一个最明显的特征之一。它有力地挑战了教师“一言堂”的专制,改变了过于强调接受学习的现状;它能给学生合作的机会,培养学生团队精神和责任感,发展交往与审美的能力;它还有助于因材施教,弥补一个教师难以面对有差异的众多学生的不足。因此,如何更有成效地组织学生开展合作学习是目前中、小学在实施新课程中普遍关注的热点问题。然而反观我们目前教师的课堂教学,合作学习却还存
