目的:分析温馨提示卡在消化内科患者健康教育中的应用价值。方法:对浙江省宁波市医疗中心李惠利东部医院146例消化内科患者行回顾性分析,用随机数据表法将其分为观察组和对照组两组,分别采用常规健康教育模式联合温馨提示卡与单纯常规健康教育模式,分析比较两组患者对疾病相关知识的掌握情况及满意程度。结果:观察组患者对医疗条件、疾病与治疗知识、医护配合常识、饮食注意事项及安全防护等方面的健康教育相关知识的知晓率,均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。并且其入院介绍、饮食介绍、疾病知识介绍、特检流程介绍、出院流程介绍、出院指导、宣教方法等方面的满意程度,均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:温馨提示卡在消化内科患者的健康教育中占有举足轻重的地位,其具有提高健康教育相关知识知晓率、提高患者满意程度等诸多优势。
Objective: To analyze the application value of warm reminder card in health education of patients with digestive diseases. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 146 cases of gastroenterology patients at Li Hui Li East Hospital, Ningbo Medical Center, Zhejiang Province. Randomized data table was used to divide them into two groups: observation group and control group. The conventional health education mode combined with warm reminder card And simple general health education mode to analyze and compare the mastery and satisfaction of disease-related knowledge between the two groups of patients. Results: The awareness rate of health education, medical condition, disease and treatment knowledge, common sense of health care, diet precautions and safety protection in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of admission, introduction to diet, introduction of disease knowledge, introduction of special inspection procedure, introduction of discharge procedure, discharge guidance and method of mission training were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The reminder card plays a decisive role in the health education of patients with gastroenterology. It has many advantages such as improving the awareness of health education and improving patient satisfaction.
