地处豫西南桐柏山下的河南油田采油一厂,年初以来,原油生产遇到了雨雪天气多、突发性停电故障多、管线穿孔断脱频繁及新井产量不到位、地质可采储量匮乏、措施选井难等一系列前所未有的困难。采油人奋发图强,齐心协力抓生产、防“非典”,谱写了一曲众志成城促上产的嘹亮战歌。 为了完成138.5吨原油生产任务,该厂以“油水井站增产创效”、“优质高速作业”、“保分层注水合格测试”、“技术创新”、“项目攻关”等五个小指标劳动竞赛活动为载体,围绕油藏经营战略做文章,立定提高油田开发水平和强化老区管理为重点,采取提前运作,规范管理,精于专业化队伍的一系列积极措施,大打上产进攻仗。一是狠抓干部职工形势任务教育,通过讲形势,摆事实,谈优势,使上产的动力层层传递到基层。厂领导身先士 Since the beginning of this year, crude oil production has encountered many rainy and snowy days, many emergent blackouts have occurred, frequent pipeline perforation and off-site production of new wells have occurred, and there is a lack of available recoverable geological reserves.
