2014年国家自然科学基金委员会(简称自然科学基金委)化学科学部集中受理期间接收各类申请项目共计12 678项,申请数量比2013年度下降0.42%,明显低于全委4.14%的降幅。因超项违规等原因不予受理申请项目136项,占申请项目总数的1.07%。初评阶段受理不予受理项目复审申请15项;经审查,维持原判13项,恢复评议2项,其中1项通过评审给予资助。化学科学部在评审资助工作中始终坚持鼓励原始创新,关注学科发展瓶颈,支持跨学科研究,重视
In 2014, the NSFC accepted a total of 12,678 applications of various types during the period of centralized acceptance. The number of applications dropped by 0.42% as compared with that of 2013 and was significantly lower than the 4.14% decline of the whole committee. Due to irregularities and other reasons will not be accepted 136 applications, accounting for 1.07% of the total number of applications.
