随着贸易交流、科学研究的发展以及实验室认证认可工作的推行,社会对化学分析测量结果的准确性、一致性要求越来越高,特别是我国《实验室资质认定评审准则》新版的实施,对检测方法不确定度评定工作提出了明确的要求。本文对高效液相色谱法测定吡虫啉乳油的不确定度来源进行了全面细致的分析,对各不确定度分量进行了评定,对整个方法的不确定度进行了定量表达。
With the exchange of trade, the development of scientific research and the implementation of accreditation of laboratories, the accuracy and consistency of the measurement results of chemical analysis are getting higher and higher. In particular, the implementation of the new version of “Laboratory Accreditation Criteria” , Made a clear requirement on the assessment of the uncertainty of the test method. In this paper, the sources of uncertainty for the determination of imidacloprid EC by HPLC were analyzed in detail. The uncertainty components were evaluated and the uncertainty of the whole method was quantitatively expressed.
