针对光纤陀螺本征频率测试的问题,提出了一种基于2倍本征频率的低成本解决方法。根据数字闭环光纤陀螺调制、解调的原理,利用2倍本征频率的方波对Y波导进行调制。对解调信号进行分析,得到光电探测器输出脉冲与调制方波频率的关系,将本征频率测试的问题转化成测量脉冲的问题,避免了复杂的软件编程和使用昂贵的测量器件。实验表明利用此方法测试光纤陀螺本征频率,精度可达0.05 kHz。
Aiming at the problem of eigenfrequency test of FOG, a low cost solution based on 2 times eigenfrequency is proposed. According to the principle of digital closed loop fiber optic gyro modulation and demodulation, the Y waveguide is modulated by a square wave with 2 times the eigenfrequency. The demodulation signal is analyzed to obtain the relationship between the output pulse of the photodetector and the frequency of the modulated square wave. The problem of the intrinsic frequency test is transformed into the problem of measuring the pulse, avoiding the complicated software programming and using expensive measuring devices. Experiments show that this method can be used to test the intrinsic frequency of fiber optic gyroscope with the precision of 0.05 kHz.
