本文用自制电动转椅,以60~180°/s角速度急停刺激,在131名健康飞行人员身上研究了旋转后眼震电图特性,并得出了常值。各种参数均经Z—80微型计算机处理。 旋转后眼震电图特性:平均慢相角速度以时间为自变量呈指数函数衰减,随刺激量增大呈线性增加;眼震时间和次数与刺激强度间无线性关系;后相眼震出现率随刺激强度增大而增高。实验认为, 做旋转后眼震电图的适宜刺激为60,90°/s急停;分析指标为眼震时间、总次数、3~12秒内的眼震次数、平均慢相角速度和后相眼震。 检查了69名前庭功能水平不同的病人。经判别分析方法检验,符合率为66.7~90.0%。
