目的:观察秦岭柴胡水煎液对复合因素所致大鼠肝纤维化的作用。方法:制备四氯化碳、酒精以及高脂饲料等复合因素所致肝纤维化模型,将24只大鼠,随机分为:秦岭柴胡水煎液组,肝纤维化模型组,空白对照组。给药组连续7天灌胃秦岭柴胡水煎液(5.6g/kg),观察秦岭柴胡水煎液对肝纤维化大鼠血清中谷草转氨酶(AST)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)的影响,探讨秦岭柴胡抗肝纤维化效应。结果:秦岭柴胡水煎液(5.6g/kg)能抑制实验性肝纤维化大鼠血清中AST、HA、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C水平的升高。结论:秦岭柴胡水煎液对实验性肝纤维化有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qinling Bupleurum decoction on hepatic fibrosis induced by multiple factors in rats. Methods: Liver fibrosis model induced by multiple factors such as carbon tetrachloride, alcohol and high-fat diet was prepared. Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into four groups: Qinling Bupleurum decoction group, hepatic fibrosis model group and blank control group . The rats in the treatment group were fed with Qinhuang Bupleurum Decoction (5.6 g / kg) for 7 consecutive days, and the contents of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), hyaluronic acid (HA), Type procollagen (PC Ⅲ) and type Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C), and to explore the anti-hepatic fibrosis effect of Bupleurum in Qinling. Results: Qinling Bupleurum Decoction (5.6g / kg) could inhibit the serum levels of AST, HA, PCⅢ and Ⅳ-C in experimental liver fibrosis rats. Conclusion: Qinling Bupleurum decoction has certain therapeutic effect on experimental liver fibrosis.
