以“辽核2号”鲜食核桃为试材,采用Thn-PE11(11μm)、PE30(30μm)、PE50(50μm)和Thk-PE90(90μm)4种MA包装后于(0±0.5)℃下贮藏,定期转入7℃货架期贮藏7d,以6μm的普通薄膜包装为CK,监测各包装袋内气体成分、核仁品质及内源激素含量的变化。结果表明:各MA包装处理均具有提高CO2浓度和降低O2浓度的气调能力;4种包装下鲜核仁的酸价、过氧化值和羰基价均极显著低于CK,其中以PE30和PE50包装最低;PE30和PE50包装核桃的粗蛋白和脂肪含量较高;同时,4种MA包装降低了鲜食核桃脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)的含量,显著维持了其贮藏后期较高的赤霉酸(gibberellic acid,GA)与玉米素核苷(zeatin riboside,ZR)的含量。综合考虑各指标变化及成本因素,确定PE30为脱青皮鲜食核桃适宜的MA包装。
The experiment was carried out by using 4 kinds of MA with Thn-PE11 (11μm), PE30 (30μm), PE50 (50μm) and Thk-PE90 (90μm) ) ℃ storage, periodically transferred to the shelf life of 7 ℃ storage 7d, 6μm ordinary film packaging CK, monitoring the gas composition of the bags, kernel quality and endogenous hormone content changes. Meanwhile, the contents of abscisic acid (ABA) in fresh walnut decreased with the four kinds of MA packaging, Contents of gibberellic acid (GA) and zeatin riboside (ZR). Taking into account the changes in various indicators and cost factors, PE30 was determined to be the appropriate MA packaging for peeled off fresh peel.
