随着当前素质教育改革的不断深入、新《纲要》对教师角色的新要求,以及国外教育模式——瑞吉欧方案教学、生成课程、多元智能教育方案等——的不断引进,不少教师来信向本刊咨询她们在幼儿园教育教学中遇到的各种问题,反映她们在当前教学改革实践中的种种困惑。为了帮助教师形成新的教育观念,改进教师的教育行为,促进教师教育素质的更新与提高,从本期开始,本刊设置了博士咨询台,邀请北京师范大学教育学院姜勇博士为老师们解答她们在工作中遇到的问题与困惑。姜勇博士师从国内著名的学前教育专家陈帼眉教授、庞丽娟教授等,长期从事儿童心理与教育、幼儿园教师教育、幼儿园课程等方面的研究,并具有丰富的幼儿园教学实践工作经验。欢迎大家来信咨询。
