胃癌MGc-803细胞恶性表型较明显,细胞易形成集落。采用免疫荧光染色技术和荧光鬼笔环肽染色技术,观察磷灰石超微粉抑制MGc-803细胞增殖的同时,对MGc-803细胞的微管解聚。微丝网架破坏进行了研究,发现用磷灰石超微粉处理的MGc-803细胞增殖受到抑制,微管网架角聚,微丝骨架玻坏,MGc-803细胞集落形成受到抑制.
The malignant phenotype of gastric cancer MGc-803 cells is obvious, and cells are easy to form colonies. Immunofluorescence staining technique and fluorescent phalloidin staining technique were used to observe that apatite ultrafine powder inhibited the proliferation of MGc-803 cells and depolymerized microtubules of MGc-803 cells. The destruction of the micromesh frame was studied. It was found that the proliferation of MGc-803 cells treated with apatite ultrafine powder was inhibited, the microtubule network angulated, the microfilament skeleton was glassy, and the colony formation of MGc-803 cells was inhibited.
