本文介绍了英国证据法上的法律职业特权制度,分析了此制度存在的基础和价值,并结合我国目前正在进行的证据立法改革和律师法的修改,探讨了我国建立法律职业特权制度的可能性。
This paper introduces the legal occupational privilege system in the UK evidence law and analyzes the foundation and value of this system. In the light of the reform of evidence law and lawyer law currently under way in our country, this article discusses the possibility of establishing the legal occupational privilege system in our country .
