烧伤并发伪膜性肠炎常造成严重后果,但文献报道尚少。本文总结9例经验体会,认为及时作粪便涂片染色确诊并使用对培养菌株敏感药物(如红霉素、卡那霉素、可取得良效。9例中大量、长期使用抗菌素者仅4例,而同期收治其他烧伤病人中虽曾长期使用大量抗菌素却未见本症,故认为文献公认本症与抗菌素的应用有肯定关系的观点值得商计。
