目的探讨枯草杆菌-屎肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒剂治疗婴幼儿继发性乳糖不耐受症的临床疗效。方法入选2013-06/2015-03月收治122例继发性乳糖不耐受症的婴幼儿为研究对象,据就诊次序分为益生菌组和常规治疗组各61例,常规组患儿采取常规治疗,益生菌组患儿在常规治疗基础上添加枯草杆菌-屎肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒剂治疗,比较两组患儿疾病转归情况及住院时间的差异。结果益生菌组患儿治疗48 h后有效率(68.9%)及治疗72 h后治愈率(44.3%)均显著高于常规组患儿(47.5%,26.2%,χ2=5.694,P=0.017;χ2=4.346,P=0.037);益生菌组患儿治疗第3天大便次数(3.9±1.2)次及治疗第5天大便次数(2.3±1.1)次均显著低于常规组患儿(4.7±1.3)次、(3.5±1.2)次(u=3.532,P=0.001;u=5.757,P<0.001);益生菌组患儿治疗后平均止泻天数(3.1±1.2)d及平均住院天数(3.4±1.3)d天均显著低于常规组患儿(3.9±1.4)d、(4.2±1.5)d(u=2.416,P=0.017;u=3.927,P<0.001)。结论婴幼儿继发性乳糖不耐受症患儿在常规治疗基础上加用枯草杆菌-屎肠球菌二联活菌多维颗粒益生菌制剂可显著改善患儿临床症状,缩短患儿治疗时间及住院时间,疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bacillus subtilis - Enterococcus faecium combined viable multidimensional granules in the treatment of secondary lactose intolerance in infants. Methods A total of 122 infants and young children with secondary lactose intolerance were enrolled in the study from June 2013 to March 2015 and were divided into probiotics group and conventional treatment group according to the order of treatment for 61 cases. Results The effective rate (68.9%) and the cure rate (44.3%) in the probiotics group after 48 h treatment were significantly higher than those in the conventional group (47.5%, 26.2%, χ2 = 5.694, P = 0.017; χ2 = 4.346, P = 0.037). The numbers of stool (3.9 ± 1.2) on the third day and 2.3 ± 1.1 on the fifth day after treatment in the probiotic group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group (4.7 ± (3.1 ± 1.2) days and average length of hospital stay after treatment in the probiotic group (n = 1.3), (3.5 ± 1.2) times (u = 3.532, P = 0.001; 3.4 ± 1.3) d day was significantly lower than that of the control group (3.9 ± 1.4) d, (4.2 ± 1.5) d (u = 2.416, P = 0.017; u = 3.927, P <0.001). Conclusions Infants with secondary lactose intolerance in children with conventional treatment based on the use of Bacillus subtilis - Enterococcus faecium multi-particle probiotics can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children and shorten the treatment time and hospitalization of children Time, the exact effect.
