及时有效地处理好医疗纠纷,对处理好医疗事故,提高医疗服务质量,缓解社会对医疗单位的不满意情绪,都有着积极的影响作用。现将我县3年来处理45例医疗纠纷的作法及认识报告如下。一、处理医疗纠纷的基本情况本文报告的医疗纠纷案例,均属我县1987-1989年发生在各类各级医疗单位并反映到县卫生局的医疗纠纷事件。 1、各年度处理医疗纠纷情况,见表1。
