在电力市场环境下,有效输电能力(ATC)是调度员进行区域间联网互供运行操作的一个重要技术指标和市场信号。在ATC的计算中,动态电压稳定必须作为一个重要的约束因素。为了保证开放的互联电网的安全稳定运行,必须每隔一个时段,更新一次ATC数据并向电网的全体使用者公布。文中指出了准确的在线电压稳定预测对及时、准确地更新ATC数据的重要性,提出了一种运用准稳态(QSS)逼近方式对考虑动态电压稳定约束的电力系统有效输电能力进行计算的新方法。在一个典型测试系统上,分别用该方法和全时域仿真方法做了仿真计算。计算结果表明,该方法能够满足计及动态电压稳定约束的ATC计算的准确度要求,同时,其计算速度是后者的10多倍,能够适应实时运行的需要,有效地满足了计算速度和准确度两方面的要求。
In the electricity market environment, the effective transmission capacity (ATC) is an important technical indicator and market signal for dispatchers to carry out inter-regional network operation. In ATC calculations, dynamic voltage stability must be an important constraint. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of an open interconnected power grid, ATC data must be updated every other period and posted to all users of the power grid. In this paper, the importance of accurate on-line voltage stability forecasting to timely and accurately update ATC data is pointed out. A new QSS approximation method is proposed to calculate the effective transmission capacity of power system considering dynamic voltage stability constraints method. In a typical test system, the method and the full-time simulation method are respectively used to do the simulation calculation. The results show that the proposed method can meet the accuracy requirements of ATC calculation, which includes the dynamic voltage stability constraints. At the same time, the calculated speed is more than 10 times that of the latter, which can meet the needs of real-time operation and effectively meet the computing speed and accuracy Degree of both requirements.
