目的观察孟鲁司特治疗喘息性支气管炎的临床效果。方法选择2009年3月—2012年10月收治的喘息性支气管炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组34例和对照组26例,入院后两组均采用相同的综合性治疗,如抗感染、止咳,给予布地耐德混悬液1 ml/次加生理盐水2~3 ml雾化吸入,氧流量6~8 L/min,每日2次。治疗组在上述治疗基础上,在患儿家属知情同意下给予孟鲁司特4 mg每晚睡前顿服。比较两组肺部啰音、气促、咳嗽消失时间及住院时间、临床疗效以及不良反应。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果肺部啰音、气促、咳嗽消失时间及住院时间治疗组分别为(4.48±0.56)d、(2.38±0.38)d、(5.58±1.65)d、(5.63±1.56)d,对照组分别为(5.22±0.98)d、(3.12±1.46)d、(7.12±1.36)d、(7.56±1.34)d,比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组91.18%,对照组61.54%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药依从性好,均未发生明显不良反应。结论孟鲁司特治疗喘息性支气管炎效果显著,值得在临床应用并推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of montelukast on asthmatic bronchitis. Methods Sixty patients with asthmatic bronchitis who were admitted from March 2009 to October 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 34) and control group (n = 26). After admission, both groups were treated with the same comprehensive treatment such as anti-infection, Cough, to give Budesonide suspension 1 ml / time plus saline 2 ~ 3 ml atomized inhalation, oxygen flow 6 ~ 8 L / min, 2 times a day. The treatment group on the basis of the above treatment, with informed consent of the families of children given montelukast 4 mg night before bedtime service. The pulmonary rales, shortness of breath, disappearance of cough, length of hospital stay, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Measurement data using t test, count data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The rates of pulmonary rales, shortness of breath, disappearance of cough and length of hospital stay were (4.48 ± 0.56) d and (2.38 ± 0.38) d, (5.58 ± 1.65) d and (5.63 ± 1.56) days, respectively (5.22 ± 0.98) d, (3.12 ± 1.46) d, (7.12 ± 1.36) d, (7.56 ± 1.34) d, respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (all P <0.05). The total effective rate was 91.18% in the treatment group and 61.54% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compliance was good in both groups, with no apparent adverse reactions. Conclusion Montelukast treatment of asthmatic bronchitis significant effect, it is worth the clinical application and promotion.
