人体骨骼是由无机矿物质和有机质组成的,骨质疏松是骨量(骨矿盐量及骨基质)减少、丢失引起骨组织结构改变和骨折危险发生的一种常见症。骨质疏松原因有以下几方面:1.年龄因素随着年龄的增长,由于性激素分泌水平下降,使骨骼合成代谢减慢,无论男女进入老年(60岁以上)都会发生骨质疏松,但因饮食习惯和个体差异而轻重不一。2.饮食因素饮食中长期缺乏钙可致骨质疏松症。一般成人每天钙摄入量应大于400毫克。另外,蛋白质缺乏可致骨基质生成不良;维生素 C 缺乏可影响骨基质形成及胶原组织成熟。
