为探讨基础护理技术多种开放实训模式应用并进行评价,建立基础护理技术实训多种开放模式,通过对学生的问卷调查、教师评价建立前后学生的成绩和综合素质的形成性评价,发现多种实训开放模式学生的成绩普遍提高(P<0.05)和学生操作动手能力、团队协作能力、人文关怀能力等综合素质方面得分高于建立前(P<0.05)。这就说明多种实训模式的应用具有较好的效果,能促进学生职业岗位能力的提高。因此学生进入开放实训室练习是有必要的。
In order to explore the application and evaluation of a variety of open training modes of basic nursing technology and to establish a variety of open modes of basic nursing technology training, through the questionnaire survey of students, formative evaluation of students ’performance and overall quality before and after the establishment of teachers’ evaluation, The performance of students in various training and open modes generally increased (P <0.05), and students’ hands-on ability, teamwork ability and humanistic care ability were higher than those before the establishment (P <0.05). This shows that the application of a variety of training mode has a good effect, can promote the improvement of students’ occupational position. Therefore, it is necessary for students to enter the practice room.
