单孔腹腔镜技术在泌尿外科手术中的应用

目的:探讨单孔腹腔镜手术(LESS)技术在泌尿外科腹腔镜手术中的作用与价值。方法应用单孔腹腔镜技术实施125例泌尿外科腹腔镜手术,记录手术时间、术中出血量、术后禁食时间、引流管停留时间、术后住院时间、术中及术后并发症等指标。结果所有手术均顺利完成,其中上尿路手术109例(87.2%),肿瘤相关手术51例(40.8%);经腹膜后途径手术93例(74.4%),经脐切口手术32例(25.6%)。其中11例术中增加1个3 mm 或5 mm 辅助操作通道,所有患者在围手术期均无发生严重并发症。结论单孔腹腔镜技术可有效应用于泌尿外科部分术式,在掌握手术适应证的前提下可有序开展。“,”Objective To explore the effect and significance of laparoendoscopic single-site tech-nique (LESS)in urological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 125 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery using LESS.Operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative fasting time,time of drainage tube retention,length of hospital stay,intraoperative and postoperative complications were recorded.Results All operations were completed successfully.Among them,109 cases (87.2%)underwent upper urinary tract sur-gery,51 (40.8%)tumor resection,93 (74.4%)retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery and 32 (25.6%)tran-sumbilical laparoscopic surgery.An extra 3 mm or 5 mm Trocar was added during surgery in 11 cases.No se-vere complication was noted during perioperative period.Conclusion LESS technique applies to certain uro-logical surgeries and can be performed prior to proper understanding of surgical indications.
