以十二胺醋酸盐为捕收剂 ,SA3为抑制剂 ,研究了一水硬铝石、高岭石及叶腊石的反浮选分离。结果表明 :在 pH =6～ 8的范围内 ,SA3与十二胺醋酸盐组合 ,能抑制 90 %以上的一水硬铝石的浮出 ,而高岭石与叶蜡石的上浮率大于 80 %。作为一水硬铝石的高效抑制剂 ,SA3还具有用量少、适用性强、选择性高等特点。 With dodecylamine acetate as collector and SA3 as inhibitor, the anti-flotation separation of diaspore, kaolinite and pyrophyllite was studied. The results showed that the combination of SA3 and dodecylamine acetate inhibited the emergence of more than 90% of diaspore at pH = 6-8, while the floating rate of kaolinite and pyrophyllite was higher than 80%. As a diaspore efficient inhibitor, SA3 also has less dosage, applicability, high selectivity and so on.
