Mr.Zhu Zhigang,Vice Minister of Finance attended and addressed the inaugural meeting of the task force of drafting the Assets Appraisal Law,and took the appointment of member of the leader-ship of the task force.Vice Finance Minister Zhu affirmed the progresses that the appraisal profes-sion has made in the past 20 years and the contributions to the reform of state-owned enterprises in specific and the socialist market economy in general.To better serve the market economy,the profession needs legislation.Mr.Zhu said,with the massive support from State Council and Na-tional People’s Congress,the administrative body over different appraisal disciplines should work together,and make concerted efforts to facilitate the legislation process.
