β-阻滞剂常被分为3代:第1代为非选择性β_(1、2)受体阻滞剂,如普萘洛尔等;第2代系选择性β受体阻滞剂,如阻滞β_1受体的美托洛尔等,和阻滞β_2受体的ICI 118551等,1、2两代均无血管活性;第3代属选择性β_2受体阻滞剂,兼有阻滞α受体和独特的扩血管作用。本文拟就第3代β-阻滞剂Eugenodilol(丁香酚衍生物之一)的药理特性进行初探。
