人体鞭虫的感染率一般较低,但某些地区高于蛔虫感染率,为常见的寄生虫病。驱治鞭虫远较驱治钩虫、蛔虫困难,大多驱虫药物只能达到10~20%的虫卵阴转率。自甲苯咪唑问世以后,可以将驱治鞭虫的阴转率提高到50~80%。国外在1976年又有Oxantel(酚嘧啶)驱治鞭虫疗效很好的报道。1980年7~9月和1982年6~10月,我们用上海医药工业研究院合成的酚嘧啶及杭州第一制药厂用酚嘧啶和噻嘧啶合成的双色片,在江苏省连云港港口人群中进行治疗观察,现报道如下:
