現今中药“兩头尖”有兩种商品:一为毛莨科植物芮草玉梅(Anemone raddeana Regel)的根茎,行銷东北、华北、上海、广州等地;另一种为雄鼠粪,产銷四川、云贵、江苏无鍚等地。二者虽非一物,但于临床上彼此混用。作者鉴于此种情况,查閱了古今文献,發現对中药“兩头尖”的說法也不一致。一种认为“兩头尖”是乌头幼根,而另一种认为是雄鼠粪。究以何者为准,需要进一步考証。有关“兩头尖”的記载“兩头尖”的名字原出于神农本草经和名医别录,但二書所述的药物并非同一品种?静菥V目于烏头释名項下谓:“烏喙,本经即兩头尖”钍闭浣馐驼f:“烏
Nowadays, there are two kinds of commodities in the “two tips” of traditional Chinese medicine: one is the rhizome of Anemone raddeana Regel, which is distributed in Northeast China, North China, Shanghai, and Guangzhou; the other is male manure. Sales in Sichuan, Yungui, Jiangsu Wudi and other places. Although the two are not one thing, they are clinically mixed with each other. In view of this situation, the author reviewed the ancient and modern literature and found that there is also inconsistency in the Chinese saying that the Chinese medicine is “tipped”. One thinks that the “tips of both heads” are the young roots of Aconitum, while the other is considered to be the male rat feces. Whichever is the case, further research is needed.
