現今中药“兩头尖”有兩种商品:一为毛莨科植物芮草玉梅(Anemone raddeana Regel)的根茎,行銷东北、华北、上海、广州等地;另一种为雄鼠粪,产銷四川、云贵、江苏无鍚等地。二者虽非一物,但于临床上彼此混用。作者鉴于此种情况,查閱了古今文献,發現对中药“兩头尖”的說法也不一致。一种认为“兩头尖”是乌头幼根,而另一种认为是雄鼠粪。究以何者为准,需要进一步考証。有关“兩头尖”的記载“兩头尖”的名字原出于神农本草经和名医别录,但二書所述的药物并非同一品种?静菥V目于烏头释名項下谓:“烏喙,本经即兩头尖”钍闭浣馐驼f:“烏 Nowadays, there are two kinds of commodities in the “two tips” of traditional Chinese medicine: one is the rhizome of Anemone raddeana Regel, which is distributed in Northeast China, North China, Shanghai, and Guangzhou; the other is male manure.
