自2017年1月1日起,我国将对企业进行劳动保障守法诚信等级评价。人社部近日印发《企业劳动保障守法诚信等级评价办法》,提出对于被评为A级的企业,人社部门将适当减少劳动保障监察日常巡视检查频次;对于被评为B级的企业,适当增加日常巡视检查频次,督促其尽快改正违法行为;对于被评为C级的企业,将列入重点监察对象,强化劳动保障监察日常巡视检查,人社部门也将对其主要负责人、直接责任人进行约谈,敦促其遵守劳动保障法律、法规和规章。
