采用高性能钢材对预应力撑杆柱整体稳定性能具有显著影响。采用有限元软件ANSYS对普通强度钢材预应力撑杆柱和无预应力柱进行了弹性屈曲分析,并与理论公式相比较,验证了有限元模型的正确性。考虑了材料非线性、几何非线性和初始缺陷,对模型进行弹塑性轴压稳定承载力分析,比较了钢材种类对预应力撑杆柱和无预应力柱稳定承载性能的影响。分析结果表明:预应力撑杆体系和高性能钢材的合理使用,能显著提高轴心受压柱的承载能力,充分发挥两者的优势。
The use of high performance steel has a significant effect on the overall stability of prestressed pole. The finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the elastic buckling of prestressed steel bar and non-prestressed steel bar of ordinary strength. Compared with the theoretical formula, the correctness of the finite element model is verified. Considering the material nonlinearity, geometric nonlinearity and initial defect, the elastic-plastic axial bearing capacity of the model was analyzed and the influence of steel types on the stability and bearing capacity of prestressed and non-prestressed columns was compared. The analysis results show that the rational use of prestressed brace system and high performance steel can significantly increase the carrying capacity of the axially loaded column and give full play to the advantages of both.
