通过两个算例应用ANSYS软件对飞机蒙皮铆接修理进行了有限元分析,得出了蒙皮结构在不同铆接修理方案下的承载能力,并与相应的试验数据进行了对比分析,验证了有限元分析结果的可靠性;同时,给出了蒙皮结构在不同铆接修理方案下各铆钉所承受的钉载值,这为铆接修理方案的优化设计提供理论参考。
The ANSYS software was used to carry out the finite element analysis of the aircraft skin riveting repair through two examples. The bearing capacity of the skin structure under different riveting repair programs was obtained and compared with the corresponding test data to verify the limited Element analysis of the reliability of the results; the same time, given the skin structure in different riveting repair programs under the rivets to withstand the nail load value, which provides theoretical reference for the optimal design of riveting repair program.
