根据机体供能形式取决于运动强度高低的理论,从高校知识群体科学健身的角度,探讨运动过程中摄氧转移及关联系统相变的内源外控要素,构出二种供能体系的转化源于有氧和无氧双重制约的基本框图。通过“有氧训练”和“无氧训练”效果的测试,阐述了内外影响因素的协同作用在系统相变过程中运用多种途径的控制有效驾驭全过程的可能性方法,指出了运动的绩效差异与锻炼个体的健身意识、体能状况、身体素质、运动项目、负荷强度等密切相关。
