分析了煤炭行业发展电子商务的三种模式,探讨不同模式下煤炭电子商务各参与方的利益与成本构成,建立了煤炭电子商务各参与方的策略型博弈模型并求得纳什均衡解,从而得出煤炭电子商务发展的最佳模式,即煤炭开采企业、煤炭洗选加工企业、煤炭用户企业开展协同电子商务,构建综合电子商务交易系统。
