组织中的管理人员要使自己成为一个有效的管理者,就必须了解个体的心理特点和行为的激励机制,且了解的越透彻就越能做好管理工作。分析组织、个体行为、心理动力的概念及影响因素,说明个体在组织中的需要、动机和组织环境造成个体行为不同的动力取向,并以此为依据,建议创造条件,制定组织目标和奖励措施和注重组织基础建设来激发个体的心理动力,以提高工作绩效。
