高压气流形成的风幕可以有效的解决井下通风与交通的矛盾,为提高风幕阻隔风流的效率,利用正交实验的方法设计了影响矿用风幕阻隔效果的6因素5水平实验,以数值模拟的方式完成实验。结果表明:射出角度为最大影响因素,风幕回风口与射出口间距对风幕阻隔效果亦有较大影响,随间距的增大风幕的阻隔能力可得到较大提高。
The air curtain formed by high pressure airflow can effectively solve the contradiction between ventilation and traffic in the underground. In order to improve the efficiency of air curtain to obstruct the air flow, a 6-factor-5 level experiment that affects the barrier effect of mine air curtain was designed by orthogonal experiment. Simulation of the way to complete the experiment. The results show that the injection angle is the most important factor. The distance between the return air curtain and the exit of the air curtain also has a significant effect on the barrier effectiveness of the air curtain. With the increase of the spacing, the barrier capability of the air curtain can be greatly improved.
