为了解决变比齿轮(变化齿轮多只有几个齿形,亦称变化齿扇)的加工问题,提出一种基于范成法的加工方法。结合变比齿轮副啮合传动规律,推导出了范成法加工变比齿轮的理论公式;在CATIA环境中,建立齿条模型,完成齿轮副的加工装配后,按照推导的加工公式,实现变比齿轮的范成法模拟加工,并进行齿廓修型;采用ADAMS软件,对变比齿轮齿条副进行运动仿真,通过仿真传动比曲线与设计用曲线的对比分析,验证了该方法的可行性。
In order to solve the problem of variable gear (the change of gear more than a few toothed, also known as changing tooth fan) processing, a fan method based on the processing method. Combined with the law of variable gear meshing transmission, the theoretical formula of Fan Chengfa processing variable gear was deduced. In the CATIA environment, the rack model was established, and after the assembly and processing of gear pair was completed, the variable gear Fan Chengfa simulation processing and tooth profile modification; using ADAMS software, gear ratio on the rack and pinion motion simulation, the simulation of the transmission ratio curve and the design curve of the comparative analysis to verify the feasibility of the method.
