建筑行业作为国民经济持续增长的支柱性产业之一,在城市化进程不断加快的背景下,建筑工程规模和数量不断增长,呈现良好的发展空间。在建筑工程项目建设中,工程造价管理是工程管理工作中重要组成部分,主要是强调从工程立项、设计、施工、验收等全过程的造价管理,而PPP项目则是一种大型工程中较为常见的融资模式,由于没有追索权,所以也可以看作是一种信用贷款。工程造价的目的则是保证工程经济收益,保证工程项目获得更高的经济收益。基于此,本文主要就PPP项目建造阶段的全面造价管理进行分析,结合实际情况,提出合理的应对措施。
