泥水系统作为泥水平衡顶管掘进技术核心,一直以来缺少其在井下方面的研究。结合前人的工程经验与矿井下施工特点,提出一套适用井下施工的泥水系统设计方法,包括管径、流速、流量的确定,管阻的计算,泵的选型,以及采用高效的泥浆处理系统。在实际井下施工过程中发现,设计的泥水系统运行稳定,带渣能力强,进而验证了工艺设计的可行性。
As the core of mud-water balance pipe jacking technology, mud-water system has been lack of research on its underground. Combining with the experience of predecessors and the characteristics of mine construction, a set of design method of slurry system for underground construction is proposed, including the determination of pipe diameter, flow rate and flow rate, the calculation of pipe resistance, the selection of pump, and the efficient mud treatment system. In the actual process of underground construction, it is found that the designed muddy water system runs stably with strong slag carrying capacity, which proves the feasibility of process design.
