现代教育旨在强调所有学生的共同进步,后进生作为学习稍落后的群体,更应受到各个教师的关注与重视,但当前初中数学教学过程中仍然存在大量的后进生,而且他们缺乏学习数学的兴趣与信心,主要原因在于社会、学校、家庭带来的种种压力等,这无疑阻碍了初中数学教学质量的提升。可见结合实际情况制定合理路径转化后进生是当前初中数学教学的首要任务。因此,本文主要就初中数学教学中后进生转化路径进行了分析与探讨。
Modern education aims to emphasize the common progress of all students. As a slightly backward group, post-graduation students should receive the attention and attention of all teachers.
