公立医院内部控制体系建设一直是社会各界关注的焦点之一,它对于推动新医改,提高公立医院医疗服务水平具有重要作用。加强公立医院内部控制体系建设,能合理保证医院经济活动合法合规、资产安全和使用有效、财务信息真实完整、有效防范舞弊和预防腐败、提高公共服务的效率和效果。因此,将公立医院内部控制体系建设作为现阶段的新医疗体制改革的一个重点是十分正确的决定,具有一定的现实意义。
The construction of public hospital internal control system has always been the focus of attention of all walks of life.
