筒形件强力旋压所用的锥形旋轮,其前锥角的大小,对旋轮前金属的隆起与堆积,旋压后内径的扩大与缩小,以及旋压诸分力都有重大影响。因此,正确地选用旋轮前锥角,具有明显的实际意义。本文试图从旋压力的角度来理解这一最佳前锥角,并以总旋压力最小为条件,得到前锥角与其它工艺参数间的超越方程,然后用牛顿法在计算机上求出结果。本文的计算结果与最佳前锥角的经验数据相合。通过与其它资料对照,可以认为当采用上述最佳前锥角进行筒形件强力旋压时,总旋压力最小,金属流动不会出现非稳态,工件的综合精度较高。
Conical spiral roller used in the strong spinning of the cylindrical part has a significant influence on the size of the front conical angle, the buildup and accumulation of the metal before the roller, the expansion and contraction of the inner diameter after spinning, and the spinning forces. Therefore, the correct choice of the pre-roller cone angle, with obvious practical significance. This paper attempts to understand the best pre-taper angle from the perspective of spinning pressure and obtain the transcendental equation between the pre-taper angle and other process parameters under the condition of the minimum total spinning pressure. Then the result is obtained by computer with Newton’s method. The calculation results in this paper coincide with the empirical data of the best front cone angle. Through the comparison with other data, it can be concluded that when using the best pre-taper angle for the strong spinning of the cylindrical part, the total spinning pressure is the smallest, the metal flow does not appear unsteady, and the overall accuracy of the workpiece is high.
