目的总结目前将成体细胞转变成干细胞的常用技术,并对化学小分子reversine诱导细胞去分化的研究进展进行综述。方法查阅近年来关于成体细胞转变为干细胞及reversine诱导细胞去分化的相关文献,并进行总结分析。结果通过体细胞核转移技术、基因转染技术等方法将成体细胞转变成干细胞存在某些缺点,而reversine诱导细胞去分化具备独特优势,但其机制尚未完全明确。结论化学小分子reversine诱导细胞去分化有望成为诱导成体细胞转变为干细胞的主要方法。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the current techniques for transforming adult somatic cells into stem cells, and to review the progress in the dedifferentiation of chemically small molecule reversine. Methods In recent years, the relevant literature about the changes of adult cells into stem cells and reversine induced cells to dedifferentiate were summarized and analyzed. Results There were some shortcomings in the process of somatic cell transformation into stem cells by somatic cell nuclear transfer and gene transfection techniques. The mechanism of reversine - induced cell dedifferentiation has its own unique advantages. Conclusion The chemical demethylation of reversine can induce dedifferentiation of cells into a major method of inducing the transformation of adult cells into stem cells.
