利用3个玉米单倍体诱导系与4个F1代杂交材料进行杂交诱导,对3个诱导系的诱导率进行比较,结果表明不同诱导系的诱导率存在差异,H2的诱导率最高,平均诱导率6.41%,最高诱导率达9.52%。H1的诱导率最低,平均诱导率为5.07%,最低诱导率只有3.48%;分析同一诱导系对不同材料的诱导率,结果表明母本基因型对单倍体诱导效率的高低有很大影响;分析不同诱导系对同一材料的诱导率,结果表明诱导率的高低与诱导系的基因型有关。为单倍体的大批量获得及其育种效率的提高提供参考。
Three maize haploid induction lines and four F1 hybrids were used for hybridization induction. The induction rates of the three inbred lines were compared. The results showed that there were differences in the induction rates of different inducible lines. The induction rate of H2 was the highest and average was induced The rate of 6.41%, the highest induction rate of 9.52%. The induction rate of H1 was the lowest, the average induction rate was 5.07%, the lowest induction rate was only 3.48%. The induction rate of different materials by the same induction line was analyzed. The results showed that the female genotype had a great influence on the haploid induction efficiency. The induction rate of the same material by different inducible lines was analyzed. The results showed that the induction rate was related to the genotype of the inducible line. It provides a reference for high-yielding haploid and improving its breeding efficiency.
